First, browse the counsellor gallery to find the practitioner that speaks to your situation, specific problem or concern. Once you find a counsellor that seems right for you, simply go ahead and request a session by writing him or her a message. In Berlin, Zürich and London there are physical spaces where the meeting with your counsellor takes place. If you are not yet registered as a client, you will need to sign up first.
Once you have confirmed your registration by responding to the Stillpoint sign-up notification email, you can log in by using your email and password. Once logged in, go to the counsellor gallery, find your preferred counsellor and click the “Write a message” button to send a scheduling request or book a full session directly. Your counsellor will respond within 24 hours, proposing a date and time for your free trial consultation (25-35 min). Communication between you and your counsellor will occur through the “My Stillpoint” section of the site.
The first time you schedule a session with your counsellor, you will be asked to fill in your payment details. Payments are made via credit card. After a session is completed, you will receive a receipt via email.
You will receive email reminders prior to your booked session. For online sessions we recommend that you log in to “My Stillpoint” at least 5 minutes before your session begins. For meetings in person we suggest to be there 5-10 minutes beforehand.
Please make sure that you meet our technical requirements before scheduling an online session. Note that you must have Google Chrome installed to use this service. Once you are logged in for the session, you will see a countdown to the session start time. The session begins when the counsellor joins.
During your first counselling session, you will get a feeling for the approach of your selected counsellor and your reactions. It can take more than one visit to get a real sense of the rapport and potential for working together.
