Loneliness - A free open discussion
In this mid-winter like no other, we would like to invite you for our monthly online meetup - this time to participate in an open discussion and share your thoughts, learnings, and stories about Loneliness.
The conversation will be facilitated by Stillpoint Spaces London counsellor Helen Cordery.
About the facilitator:
Helen Cordery is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who specialises in working with attachment difficulties. Attachment difficulties develop early in life and tend to last into adulthood. They come in different forms, such as tending to keep people at arm's length, so that emotionally meaningful connections with others are absent, or the opposite - a tendency to form intense but often unstable relationships. She works with clients to understand how such difficulties affect them, and to move to be able to form the type of relationships that nurture and support them.
About the format:
Our free open discussions are a regular meetup for people curious about psychology, psychoanalysis, and adjacent disciplines. We invite mental health professionals and non-professionals alike.
Stillpoint Spaces is committed to exploring psychology, in depth, inside and outside the consulting room. Rather than a presentation, this will be an opportunity to share thoughts and ideas. In order to attend this event, join our online STILLPOINT SPACES COMMUNITY where you will be able to access the Zoom link, and lots of other community discussions, events and resources. Being a part of our network is free, there's no obligation, and you can leave anytime. Click here to set up a profile and RSVP.
