Helping One Another Through Lockdown: A free open discussion
Description
The previous year has influenced many of us to take an intensely personal journey of rediscovery. Memories are revisited, and experiences are relived. How does it feel to witness the journey of our colleagues, friends, partners, and family members? How do we choose to intervene, if at all?
You are invited to participate in an open discussion and share your thoughts, experiences and ideas about how we can help one another through these troubled times.
The conversation will be facilitated by Stillpoint Spaces London counsellor Tamar Posner.

About the facilitator
Born in the UK, Tamar spent her formative years in Israel. Although her initial training in organic chemistry led to successful careers both in academia and in industry, when the opportunity presented, she re-trained in the profession she had always felt drawn to and has, for over ten years, been an integrative psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in private practice in London. Tamar has a particular interest in life’s transitions and is also a trainer and an academic supervisor.
About the format
Our free open discussions are a regular meetup for people curious about psychology, psychoanalysis, and adjacent disciplines. We invite mental health professionals and non-professionals alike.
Stillpoint Spaces is committed to exploring psychology, in depth, inside and outside the consulting room. Rather than a presentation, this will be an opportunity to share thoughts and ideas. In order to attend this event, join our online STILLPOINT SPACES COMMUNITY where you will be able to access the Zoom link, and lots of other community discussions, events and resources. Being a part of our network is free, there's no obligation, and you can leave anytime.
About Stillpoint Spaces
