Breathwork for Stress Reduction
Join us for a free interactive workshop combining the somatic practices of gentle movement and breathwork. Certified breathwork guide, therapist and RYT-500, Lee, will walk you through some simple techniques to help reduce angst and stress and increase overall wellbeing. Whether you're a bonafide breathwork badass or a breathwork baby, this workshop will help you to deepen your practice. Just like your breath, this intro workshop is free and we hope to see many of you there!

About the facilitator
