My approach is simple but deep: I want the person to become aware of his or her potentials through our collaborative work using the basics of psychodynamic theory and my own humanistic experience.

I think people are influenced by their particular environment and that the idiosyncrasies of the culture outlines each person's personality. This influences both therapists and patients.

The therapist is neither a priest nor a judge. He is a person who bases his work on respect for personal diversity with a bilateral perspective consisting of his own experience as a private person and as a professional.

I’ve always felt that empathic work between two people – in this case the therapist and the client – is the fundamental component of all psychotherapeutic processes. For this reason, in the first online encounters we’ll get to know each other, in order to then establish a proper mutual working relationship with the purpose of alleviating your symptoms and increasing your wellbeing. The continuous focus will be on gaining a a comprehensive view of yourself, and recognizing those elements of your personality and circumstances that block individual growth.
