My approach is based on unconditional appreciation of you and everything that concerns you. With my compassionate nature and my deep interest in people I open a space for you, where you can be the way you are, discover who you truly are in your innermost essence and learn to live that way every day.
I offer one-on-one counselling on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and group counselling on Wednesday afternoons.
In one-on-one counselling, you get a completely individualized treatment tailored to your needs, wants and goals. We will have plenty of time to focus on what holds you back from living your dreams, what these dreams really are and what will help you overcome the obstacles to living life on your terms.
In group counselling, you will pay a lower fee for more hours of counselling. In addition to experiencing my work with you and others in the group, you will benefit from witnessing other people’s challenges and developments and from giving and receiving support. So many of our problems have to do with other people and they can be addressed very beautifully and efficiently in a group setting. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

I love people and I’m a researcher. I feel passionate about understanding people and supporting them compassionately in their further development.
Ever since I was a small child, I have been wondering why people are doing what they are doing. Hence, I studied psychology and neuroscience. I had two hearts in my chest: one that was intrigued by academic research and one that was curious about humans. At the end of my time in Oxford, the academic one was saturated and the psychological one loving and wanting to work with people was hungry. This is how I became a therapist.
My husband Ralph Piotrowski
and I have two children. Living with them focused on all of our needs rather than parenting them classically inspires us to keep on growing every day. In my free time, I like being active. I enjoy running, jumping, dancing, meditation and reading novels.
