There may be times in our lives when everyday problems or interpersonal conflicts increase and become overwhelming. There might also be undesired changes in mood, thoughts, sleep, eating habits, the use of alcohol or other substances and sexuality. This sometimes appears after stressful life events and other personal changes in life or is present since childhood and adolescence. In my consultations I explore the current situation in detail together with my clients in a safe atmosphere. We then individually and transparently select a suitable method and assistance with which they can experience relief and eventually achieve a change in behavior.

The curiosity for the diverse conditions of our thinking, acting and feeling has led my interest for philosophy, psychology and psychotherapy. In particular, I learned in my psychology studies and psychotherapist training that every person, every problem and every therapeutic process is unique and at the same time we can find impressive common grounds. To constantly remain attentive in this field of tension is very important to me in my work.
