We all have a story of our life. But did we ever tell it? Constructing the narrative of our life is a way to find meaning in it. And once we try, does it make sense? Are some chunks missing from it? To put our memory and our emotional experience into an outline helps us understand who we really are. It doesn’t need to be a happy story, it doesn’t even need to be an accurate one, but it does need to sound and feel true to you.

I practice an Integrative approach, which emphasizes the relational context of our lives. I also fully believe in the creativity of the therapy process, which brings together two different people. Through this unique therapeutic relationship which we will be shaping together, a new understanding will grow, allowing you to experience life more fully.

Every hour we spend together is your own time and space. You are simply asked to commit to honestly exploring your life experience. I commit to be present and available for my clients.

I always felt fascinated by people’s stories. Perhaps it has to do with the diversity in my own story: born and raised in Saint Petersburg (Russia), living and studying in Italy, France, and Great Britain, before moving to Madrid and most recently to Paris.

These diverse experiences, and my multicultural marriage and trilingual family, make me sensitive to issues experienced by people living abroad, or those who are part of a mixed couple. An expat myself, I am passionate about addressing the challenges fellow travellers experience away from home and family.
