Every person is in a unique situation and needs to be met accordingly. I am trained in many different techniques of Psychotherapy that I find compatible with C.G. Jung’s Analytical Psychology. As a relational therapist I subscribe to Jung’s saying “There are imponderable factors which bring about a mutual transformation”.

I focus on interpersonal relations (i.e. Imago relationship work) but also conflicts between inner parts of the personality, working on integrating these by strengthening the capacity of emphatic self observation (Self) and creating a coherence in the narrative to make sense of one’s life story. I also approach symptoms and affects as symbolic expressions of life themes and regard dreams as valuable information in the process.

I first encountered the psychology of C.G. Jung when studying the History of Religion at the University of Stockholm. I wrote all my academic papers on Jungian topics (Jung’s psychology of religion, popular culture, intuition). I went on to study the History of Ideas and Sciences and wrote my Ph.D. on the correspondence between the physicist Wolfgang Pauli and C.G. Jung. I provide psychotherapy and coaching in my practice in Stockholm and offer worldwide online counseling in English, German and Swedish through Stillpoint Spaces.

After many years of research and teaching, I trained to become a licensed psychotherapist. Still teaching and doing research, today I also work with individuals, couples and groups, resolving inner and outer conflicts, fostering understanding and facilitating change and creative solutions.
