In this work, which I love, I see my role fundamentally as that of an ally for each person's unique and innate self-actualizing and healing potential.

In line with my personal life experience as a multicultural person, my clinical approach has developed through the integration of different psychological traditions: Jung’s Analytical Psychology, the Eastern contemplative tradition better known today in the West as “Mindfulness”, and Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing approach, which is geared specifically towards the integration of trauma and supporting the ongoing self-regulation of the central and autonomous nervous system.

I feel that this extensive and varied experience allows me today to take into account in a truly holistic way the interplay of physical, emotional, cognitive, imaginal and spiritual variables that can impact a person’s wellbeing, and to provide specific interventions drawn from each of those traditions, as seems appropriate for the specific situation.

I have provided online counseling and clinical supervision to people in the US and Europe for a few years, and I am now deeply honored to do so as a member of the Stillpoint Spaces community.
