Each person is unique and will therefore experience themselves and their environment in a specific and unique way. This also means that each person have very individual needs. Every therapy is therefore always adapted to the specific needs and wishes of each individual.

Therapy is also a collaborative process that can take place only in a safe and protected space where solutions and new insights can be explored and developed on a level decided by the client. The recognition, acceptance and integration of these aspects helps us to find new energy and motivation for our outer life. It helps us to function well in the relations and at work. I accompany my clients on their path to become more of who they were meant to be.

My most important tools are the work with dreams, memories, art therapy and sandplay, the approach og C.G. Jung, but I integrate aspects of some other approaches as well. Most often the topics are discussed, sometimes the work takes place in the sand with or without miniatures. Sometimes modelling, drawing or painting is the best way to approach a problem.I work with adults, couples, adolescents and children.

Mostly I work face-to-face, online meetings are also possible. I work in English, German, Swiss German, Swedish and Finnish.

Through my experience as an analyst and counsellor for business women and men and as teacher in an international school I have met and worked with persons from all over the world. I am familiar with the challenges that one experiences when moving from ones country of origin to a new surrounding, alone or with a family.

For children and teenagers sandplay is a gentle way to work on problems at school or in various social environments. Sandplay is helpful in connecting thoughts with emotions and the body. Sandplay therapy is usually faster than mainly verbal therapies.

My first contact with analytical psychology was in Switzerland years ago. The approach to work with personal problems and difficulties, developed by C.G. Jung spoke to me. It activates the resources in every person and is a deeply respectful way to meet with other people and to understand their uni situation.

Each person is unique and will therefore experience themselves and their environment in a specific and unique way. This also means that each person have very individual needs. Every therapy is therefore always adapted to the specific needs and wishes of each individual.

I grew up in the Finnish countryside and have always felt a deep connection with all aspects of nature.

As an analyst I can assist my clients to find their inner landscapes and their inner meanings and goals.
