I offer you a safe and creative space in which difficulties can be addressed and transformation can happen. It takes courage and persistence to commit to the work of self exploration, but the rewards can be boundless. I am willing to walk with you every step of the way along this path, sometimes as a guide, at all times as a fellow traveller. At heart, the work we do together is in the service of waking you up more fully to your self and to your life. Over the years I have integrated a variety of therapeutic approaches into my own 'style'. If you would like to know more about how I work, please ask me.

Although I began my career as a clinical psychologist, I quickly knew that I wanted to specialise as a psychotherapist. But after working in this capacity for a few years I came to a sudden realisation that I needed to investigate myself and the world more fully in order to really be of benefit to others. So, in 1997 I moved from Johannesburg to London and took up writing, meditating and a range of jobs that has since brought me back to psychotherapy in a fresh and deeply committed way. I now draw from a wealth of resources, including a love of both Buddhist and modern psychological theory, literature and the arts, and the burgeoning field of psychedelic therapy, in particular the use of the plant medicine ayahuasca. I believe in the resourcefulness of every human being, that each one of us has the resilience and creativity to heal and grow. My work is in service to these qualities.
